Alternative Mindset

Time is melting away

Hello everyone, has any of you ever been wanting to do something and have been thinking "well maybe tomorrow" and then tomorrow comes, and think the same thing?  Well.. That my good sir/ma'am is called procrastination. A lot of people suffer from it, even me. Sometimes the reason I do procrastinate is basically because sometimes I can be a perfectionist, and if I do something it inclines me to keep on changing and changing whatever it is that I originally started on until I find out that I will never be satisfied and never get it done. I somewhat require (or want) the pressure to get something done, but at the same time I hate pressure because it stresses me out and I cannot think right sometimes.

Well the reason I am writing this blog is because I want to start working out, but I really don't have the motivation or drive to do it. I mean I want to, but I keep thinking to myself that I cannot afford to go to the gym every day again, and I am too comfortable at home to actually go outside and jog around the block. I feel if I was in the environment of people that are breaking a sweat I might actually want to do what they are doing just to fit in. That was how it was when I was actually In the swing of going to the gym every other day.  A few positive things about me going was that I got more energy (after the first few weeks) from it, I got fit, I was stronger, and I had a lot more self confidence in myself. Oh and I didn't get as many aches and pains as I did before. With the exception, of course, of the lactic acid build up in muscles, but that soon went away.
Should I do it now, or later?

So I have been putting a lot of things off, and I just I don't know if it is good or bad, tell me some of you'r experiences with putting things off till last moment and how they went for you, and what do you think makes you feel lazy and not wanting to do something.
